Staffing Qualification and Credentials:
- Experienced 24-hour caregivers / staff
- Certified Nursing Assistant OR Registered Nursing Assistant with the Department of Health
- English-speaking staff
- Caregivers certified with: First Aid / CPR / Nurse Delegation / Mental Health / Dementia / Fundamentals of Caregiving / 2-Step TB Test / Food Handling Permit
- Criminal Background and Fingerprint Checks on ALL caregivers
- Drug testing prior to being hired, as well as random drug tests
- Coordination of visiting nurse services
- Coordination of PT, OT, and other therapies
- Rehabilitation and exercising services from our caregivers available on-site (with limitations)
- Home Doctor and podiatrist care on call (You must register with them for this service)
- Training and continuing education of 12 hours minimum per year for all caregivers
